Joe has completed 16 prior real estate projects totaling $102 million of capitalization. Weighted equity multiple across the track record is 1.59x. Weighted IRR is 57 percent. He is currently building 15 high-end residential homes across Florida, including projects in the same submarket as Wild Heron.
Before building his current operation, Joe was Assistant Vice President of Asset Management at iStar Inc., a publicly traded REIT. While at iStar he sold $750 million of commercial real estate and $154 million of senior notes, and leased 2.5 million square feet of space. He worked on the originations team for the ground lease transactions that became Safehold REIT.
